Coordinator: Overhead Creditors

We have an exciting opportunity for an Overhead Creditors Coordinator to join our dynamic Finance Team.
Part of your responsibilities will include supervising overhead creditors clerks, allocate work and ensure proper procedures are followed, and adequate output is maintained. Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.
We're a fully in-office team. This role is based at our Support Centre in Kuils River, Cape Town.
1. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Essential:
- 2-3 years’ experience in financial administration, including financial reconciliations
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Experience working across several different business units
Preferred:
- Retail experience
SKILLS required:
- Computer Skills - advanced Excel
- Ability to deal with difficult suppliers
- Good interpersonal abilities
- People Management
- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Deadline driven

2. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Essential:
- A Grade 12 Certificate/Matric
Preferred:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Financial Certificate / Diploma)
3. JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE
- Expert knowledge of Accounts Payable and related processes
- Strong administration knowledge and ability
- Good knowledge of basic finance principles, procedures and applications
