What You’ll Do

As part of the Supply Chain Systems team, you will:

• Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and third-party system providers

• Support the analysis and improvement of warehouse and supply chain processes

• Assist in documenting business requirements, process flows, and system solutions

• Gain exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and supply chain technologies

• Participate in system testing (UAT), defect tracking, and solution validation

• Support change requests and system enhancements across supply chain operations

• Help improve picking, packing, and distribution centre efficiencies

• Assist in developing training material and supporting end users

• Contribute to process mapping and system documentation using tools such as Visio and Draw.io

• Learn how to analyse data and support decision-making within the supply chain environment

What You’ll Learn

• End-to-end retail supply chain processes

• Business analysis methodologies (BABOK exposure)

• Project lifecycle and system implementation (SDLC)

• Supply chain systems including WMS, WCS, and ERP platforms

• Testing methodologies and system quality assurance

• Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation

Minimum Requirements

• Completed Degree or Diploma in one of the following:

• Supply Chain / Logistics

• Information Systems / IT

• Business Analysis

• Computer Science

• Industrial Engineering / Management Science
