Are you passionate about retail, customer service, and bringing energy into every task you do? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sample Shop Assistant to join our team at the Ackermans Support Centre in Kuilsriver.

As a key part of our shop team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an excellent shopping experience while supporting daily operations in-store.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a great shopping experience
• Assist at the till – including processing card payments, reporting discrepancies, and balancing tills
• Merchandise stock by ensuring correct pricing and attractive displays
• Maintain general housekeeping standards in the shop
• Be alert and report any suspicious activity or shoplifting
• Support the Sample Shop Supervisor with ad hoc duties
• Live and breathe the Ackermans values in everything you do

What You’ll Need:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Excellent communication and customer service skills High energy, motivation, and a target-driven attitude
• Tenacity and a passion for retail Previous retail experience (advantageous)
