We've got an exciting opportunity as Finance Coordinator: Operations based at our Support Centre in Kuilsriver. If you're passionate about all-things Cost Management/ Financial Accounting, this opportunity may just be for you!

This role together with the Financial Controller within the Operations Finance department will be responsible for providing an accounting function in finance with regards to the Operations Capex/ Opex processes.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Working knowledge of budgets
• Financial / Management Reporting
• Corporate Governance
• SAP

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and work effectively within a team.
• Presentation skills
• Analytical + Reporting skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to analyze random data.

EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

• 3-5 years’ experience working in a finance expense management role within a Retail environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• A Grade 12 Certificate/ Matric

Preferred:

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Cost Management/ Financial Accounting (Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Expenditure Management
   • Monthly reporting on all OPEX costs
   • Set up and manage cost reviews across Operations.
   • Liase with role players with regards to inputs on expenses (Finance/HR)
2. Sales Reporting and Analytics
   • Sales reporting
3. Reporting
   • To compile, verify and issue:
     • Store visit statistics
     • Customer service statistics
     • Stock loss Reporting
4. Budgets
   • Preparation of annual store budget
